Case study
National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) Information Gathering Recovery Project
To assist the NDIA with meeting Scheme enrolment targets, AHA was engaged to complete accelerated pre-planning for 4,000 participants coming onto the Scheme, over the period October–December 2016.
This project required AHA to quickly engage a team of approximately 60 interviewers in Melbourne and Sydney to collect data, over the phone and face-to-face, from Scheme participants to inform the development of their first NDIS plans.
