Case study
Provision of Secretariat Services for the BreastScreen Australia Program Management Group
In late 2020, we were engaged to provide secretariat services for the BreastScreen Australia (BSA) Program Management Group (PMG). Our role includes administrative and secretariat support for the PMG and the clinical advisory group and working subgroups formed as part of the program.
BSA Secretariat provision had shifted from a consultancy to the Department’s team 6 months prior, and COVID 19 caused further disruption. Upon commencement we conducted an extensive audit, systematically reviewing all available records and clarifying details to develop a comprehensive understanding of the service requirement and its context. We introduced new processes and ultimately ensured that both the Department and the PMG experienced a marked service improvement.
